I’m an Associate Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation and certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming via The Empowerment Partnership. My number one priority is to support and empower you on a journey of transformation that helps you realize your goals. Coaching will provide a time that’s quiet and free of distractions, where we can focus 100% on your needs and improving your situation. As your coach, I'm here to listen, support, guide and challenge you. I’ll help you develop tools and strategies to create a life and/or career that you love. I’m passionate about helping people get on – or back on – the right track; find a career that’s meaningful; achieve a healthy work-life balance; discover their life purpose; navigate important relationships; and move through transitions as smoothly as possible. My coaching style is based on solution-focused, results-oriented counseling. My clients discover new possibilities, find new ways of coping with their stress and experience more joy in life. In addition to coaching, I’m a 30-year marketing and public relations veteran who graduated with honors from The University of Iowa, with a degree in Communication Studies. For the past 17 years, I’ve successfully led my own business, Ro-Bro Marketing & Public Relations, which specializes in launching and building world-class brands. As a small business owner, I especially enjoy Executive Coaching and working with other current and prospective entrepreneurs.
Coaching Packages
Each 50-minute session is conducted either by phone or online, for your convenience. All packages include a complimentary Discovery Session, during which time we’ll explore the areas you want to address and create goals.

We accept Venmo, personal checks or credit cards. A 3.5% fee will be included in all credit transactions. We also offer one free session for each new client referral, once said client purchases a minimum of five sessions.

What actually happens during a coaching session?
Each coaching session lasts 50 minutes and is completely customized based on the priorities we establish during your Discovery Session. Based on the situation and topic, I have access to a variety of tools, techniques and resources which will help you work toward your end goals.
What are the benefits of coaching?
Coaching is a time to focus on you. Whether you're stressed, anxious, afraid, stuck or considering a change, a life coach can help you to find clarity and direction, develop strategies and goals and help to keep you accountable.
How does a coach differ from a therapist?
While therapists help their clients heal from trauma or past negative experiences, coaches focus on what's happening in the present and partner with clients to explore what's possible. You are equipped with everything you need to reach your goals. But a great coach knows how to help you navigate the path that's best for you.
What are your fees?
Coaching is an investment in you, your relationships, and your family. Please refer to the plans and pricing section of the site for specifics or email me directly for services outside of the core packages. I accept Venmo, major credit cards and personal checks. I do not accept insurance.
How many sessions should I purchase?
Reach out today for a complimentary consultation to see if I'm the right coach for you. At that time, I'm happy to make a recommendation, but a good rule of thumb is to purchase the five session package to start. Keep in mind that each package includes a discovery session.
Can I purchase a single session?
If you'd like to discuss an arrangement outside of the core package offerings, please contact me directly for pricing.
Do you coach couples?
At this time, my services are limited to individual coaching.
Are you available for workshops and public speaking?
Yes, please email me with your specific request, including date, time, location, desired topic and number of participants. The price is based on the length of the workshop and total number of participants.
